Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible for posting the content.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed due to a DMCA complaint was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. To submit a counter-notification, please provide the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and agreement to accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA complaint.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the content in question within 10 business days unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent it.
4. Repeat Infringers
BlueLockManga.xyz reserves the right to terminate access to the site for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws and are subject to multiple DMCA notices.
